| Before first meeting, the client should figure the outline of the Project or he/she can make a list of web sites ( URLs) that he/she likes and take notes about the design of that the site that are especially appealing to her . The client can collect any meterials ( such as bussiness cards, letterhead, artwork, logos, catalogue and printed advertising ) that he/she has had designed in the past. | |
Client gives their goals & dreams (targets, purposes) for their web page. If the client is close at hand and appropriate to meet , I would like to schedule our first meeting at the client's place of business. That will really help me to understand the system and get a feeling for the image that the client expects from the project. According to client' s business line and with the client' s help, I try to determine what the needs and the expectations of the last user are. . With this in mind, I discuss with the client the navigational and database structure of the site. I discuss with the client the navigational and database structure of the site. “ Do they want content management system?, Are they planning to create a network with their local computers and website?, Are they planning an e-commerce site? ”. So I will figure the database, coding and the design that I will create. If one or more third parties' service ( photographer, copy writer ), is required for the web site, I would like to work together with the client to find the appropriate talent ( expert ). After determining the scope of the project, I will estimate a rough time to complete the project. |
|
It usually takes me about a week to design the first step of project. I design some interface of the web page and structure of the navigation. My aim is to present the client with different directions in which to take the project. I publish these templates from my server. I like to schedule a second meeting within a week. This gives the client time to consider the project and get feedback from colleagues. |
|
The purpose of the second meeting is to discuss the quality of the work If the client believes that the project is not right( suitable ), they have the option to look for another designer . I do not take any payment from the client. |
|
After the approval sheet is decided, I arrange a final contract for client. This contract details everything we have discussed. ( providing of materials, payment, deadlines, schedules… etc. ) |

Further questions
I have tried to provide a general comprehensive description of how I work. Because every client is different, it is impossible for me to anticipate and address every issue that could potentially arise. So if you have further questions about how I work, please email me by clicking here

Payment schedule
For my services, I get a packet price and I get %60 of payment when the final contract signed. I get rest of the payment at the end of the project.
Deadlines
As the designer, I will make every reasonable attempt to meet all deadlines outlined in the contract. If delay or error occurs on my part cause delay in the posting of pages to the client's site on the agreed upon date, my fees will be reduced as specified in the contract. However, should such a delay be caused by the actions of the client (i.e. through failure to provide materials, issue approvals or make payments in a timely manner), the client assumes responsibility for the delay at no penalty to me, as the designer. At any point, should the client request major revision to the originally agreed upon design (initialed interface and approval sheet), the project becomes a redesign and deadlines are rescheduled accordingly.
Approvals
At various stages in production a client will be required to sign approval sheets stating that the work is acceptable. If the client does not find the work acceptable, he/she must supply me, the designer, with a written list of changes that need to be made; this list may take the form of an e-mail with a receipt.
Final proofing
After the design and construction of the web site (or section of the site) is complete the client is given at least a week to proof the entire web site/section and request any changes that need to be made before the pages are posted to the client's site.

Maintenance
I generally provide routine maintenance of sites that I design. This includes updating content and adding or removing links, codes, logics, and/or pages. I charge hourly rates just for this service.
